Preparing your manuscript

Authors must ensure, that at no point is their identity revealed to the editors of JEPR. All submissions must be made using a pseudonym. The manuscript must not contain any means of identifying the authors, and the submission must be made from an anonymous e-mail address.

The authors must ensure that the manuscript is clearly written and readable. The authors may select the formatting of initial submission. If the manuscript is selected for publication, JEPR editors finalize the formatting.

Send your final, anonymized manuscript to editor@jepr.org

Editorial process and peer review

Every submission is first checked for technical quality and integrity by our editorial team. After the submission is deemed complete, an editor is assigned for the remainder of the review process.

The assigned editor decides if the manuscript is sent to peer review, and informs the corresponding author of this decision.

The editor seeks out potential reviewers, and sends review requests. When suitable number of reviewers have agreed to peer review the manuscript, editor informs the corresponding author that the manuscript is now under review. This concludes the JEPR submission process.

The authors may inquire about the status of the review at any time. The editor will inform them if an eternity has passed.

All decisions are final, and they may not be appealed.
